Service Description
REGISTRATION CRITERIA Participants must have completed at least one PBO boxing programme and be ready to progress to intermediate-level boxing training. Whats involved: * Boxing technique and drills * Fitness and conditioning * Pad and bag work * Footwork and movement * Controlled sparring End-of-Term Exhibition: Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a non-decision exhibition bout, putting their skills into practice in a safe, controlled environment.

Cancellation Policy
All PBO programmes are paid per term as a one-off payment. Term fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced. There are no discounts or fee reductions for late starts, missed sessions, withdrawals, or non-attendance.
