Youth Boxing (Beginners Class)
Youth Box program, is tailored for young people between the ages of 11 and 18. Join us for 45-minute sessions on Mondays at 4:30 pm or for our Box-360 class on Fridays at 5 pm. These classes cover boxing fundamentals such as proper stance, footwork, a safe introduction to sparring, and targeted fitness workouts. Our coaches are committed to helping you develop essential skills in a safe and supportive environment. These skills will not only boost your confidence but also improve your overall health and fitness. To get the most out of what we offer, we recommend enrolling at the start of the school term. Our 10-week program provides ample time for both skill development and physical improvement. Note: We are funded to offer reduced fees to ensure our classes are affordable for everyone.
