Service Description

Join our All-Star Youth Boxing class: A youth program, balancing boxing development and cardio fitness, with an introduction to amateur boxing. Open to both beginners and experienced boxers, it covers stance, footwork, combinations, and safe sparring. Friday sessions focus on technical sparring. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM, and Friday at 5:00 PM, helping you build skills, endurance, and confidence
